Chapter one
It starts with a few of us getting on a plane.
Some of us go

Argentina.
Next spring.

February 28 – March 12, 2027, in Olavarría for the very first week of a brand-new church. We go to come alongside the missionaries, not with our own agenda: construction, painting, evangelism, cleaning, kids’ outreach, whatever the greatest need is.

Uganda

VBS for 750 in Midgo

A 19-person team in the rural villages around Midgo: schools, a hospital, a Muslim high school. VBS giving from 2024–25 later funded farming, livestock and a well.

Colombia

A women’s conference in Sogamoso

Rochelle, Shannan and Margot served an orphanage and taught at the conference hosted by Calvary Chapel Sogamoso.

Peru

Trujillo, Moyobamba, and a summer

25 sent with Calvary Trujillo and CBI Kauai: construction at the pastor-training site, VBS, college outreach, a Valentine’s dinner for 300. Then three young adults stayed six weeks for Summer on Mission.

Our team first visited Sogamoso in May 2026. Calvary Chapel Sogamoso has stepped out in faith to build a new church across from a local orphanage. Our church gave toward their roof, and that same week the roof arrived for our own building in Star.

Pastor Carlos has faithfully pastored his church while working a full-time job for many years. After health challenges, several churches committed at the South American Missions Conference to support him, as CBI Mendoza prepares to launch with his church.

We first met Pastor Samuel and Rebecca serving in Peru in 2025. The Lord confirmed that we were to come alongside them and their three children as they plant a church in Olavarría, and our team will be there for the church’s very first week of ministry.
